Who am I?

Michel Ferlatte is a Commercial Realtor and Team Leader at Coldwell Banker Sarazen Realty, a firm that specializes in all aspects of Real Estate in Ottawa, Ontario. Michel is a Northern Ontario native having received the CRA designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada.

Since joining the Ontario Real Estate Association in 1978, Michel has gone on to co-founding one of the region’s largest and most diversified Real Estate Appraisal Firms with an impressive list of clients in the public and private sectors of the real estate industry. He has gained an unparalleled knowledge of commercial, industrial and residential real estate having personally completed an impressive number of appraisals for financial institutions, governmental agencies, developers and investors alike.
