Who am I?

Kent continues to build on a 25+ year career as a Real Estate professional and as one half of the top commercial sales team at Coldwell Banker Sarazen Realty. In 2012 Kent teamed up with long time associate, Michel Ferlatte, and focused on Commercial Real Estate Sales & Consulting. Today the duo leads the company in commercial sales performance.

In 1988 Kent began a career as a Real Estate Appraiser with Pigeon-Roy Appraisal (Ottawa) Ltd., eventually serving as Owner/President of the firm. His appraisal experience included both residential and commercial properties and for various purposes; including financing, litigation, expropriation, and asset management. He also served several terms on the board of the Ottawa Chapter of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is a past member of both the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Real Estate Institute of Canada.

A thorough understanding of appraisal and valuation techniques and market value analysis has proven to be a valuable resource when assisting Buyers and Sellers of commercial and investment real estate, be it multi-family, retail, or future development sites.
