Who am I?

Farrokh Nusrat is a Real Estate Sales Representative with Coldwell Banker Sarazen Realty, a full service brokerage that specializes in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Real Estate in the Ottawa area. Farrokh has been with the brokerage for about five years.

Farrokh, whose background is in computer and sales, has lived in the Ottawa South area for over twenty years. He works out of our Bank Street office. Having lived in the Hunt Club area of Ottawa south, he knows it 'inside out'. He is very familiar with the local market, in terms of; streets, businesses, schools, recreation complexes, libraries etc. He fully understands the community and their requirement in terms of housing. Even though, Farrokh might 'specialize' in the Ottawa south area, he is equally 'at home' in most of Ottawa.

Farrokh provides full residential real estate services, be it buying/selling or renting of houses, condos, apartments etc. He also has a network of lawyers, inspectors, renovators, handymen and various other trades people whose services could be made available if his client desires. Farrokh also provides property management services.

Farrokh also works in the commercial side of real estate. He is very familiar with leasing and sales of retail space in shopping plazas and the buying/selling of multi residential buildings.

Farrokh works hard to fulfill the needs of his customers and clients often working at odd hours, regardless of the day. He is very dedicated and strives for perfection and is very friendly and polite.

Farrokh speaks English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi. He has knowledge of Arabic. He is often dealing with clients from the Middle East and Asian sub-continent. Farrokh is very fond of music and that being his main hobby spends his spare time practicing violin.
