Who am I?

Chandra is a university graduate with (BA) and also a qualified accountant (CGA, CPA). She worked at CMHC for more than 26 years and accumulated wealth of experience and valuable knowledge in the housing industry. During her tenure at CMHC she was responsible for the Ministers Account which monitors various housing assisted programs. She was also responsible for the Mortgage Housing Fund which manages mortgage Insurance premiums, the Investment portfolio over billion, CMHC bond Issues, Mortgage Backed Securities and Income Taxes.

Her accumulative knowledge in housing and the passion to work with buyers and investors give her the competitive edge in serving them to their utmost satisfaction.
